Jogging
Today I went jogging. I was originally planned to go for 30 minutes but I decided that I would only go for 20 since I had waken up 10 minutes past the time I had planned on waking up. I got this idea for jogging by reading one of my favorite blogs, ZenHabits. I think maybe I'll wake up earlier tomorrow and start at 7 and walk/jog until 7:30. I invited my friend to come along jogging with me but they have yet to decide if they want to do it or not.
